Our training sessions are structured and delivered by experienced Swim England-qualified Level 2 and 3 coaches. The club’s coaching framework offers a range of sessions that target a combination of aerobic endurance, anaerobic threshold/VO2, lactate production and tolerance, as well as technique. The club currently has a 5-person coaching team.
Across the 7 sessions we offer each week, totalling 10 hours of training, we provide a balanced mix of training formats, distances, and strokes to help you achieve your swimming goals. Depending on the length of the session, the training set, and your speed – you can expect to swim between 2.5k and 4k in distance on average.

8.00 – 9.00 pm

Wednesday – Putney Leisure Centre
9.00 – 10.30 pm
33m pool. 3+ lanes.

Thursday – Ernest Bevin College
8.00 – 9.30 pm
25m pool. Full pool hire, 4 lanes.

Saturday – Dulwich College
12.15 – 1.45 pm
3 lanes in a 25m pool.

Saturday – Putney Leisure Centre
5.30 – 7.00 pm 33m pool.
33m pool, 4 lanes.

Sunday – Putney Leisure Centre
7.30 – 9.00 pm or 8:30 pm (alternating).
