Spencer’s medal tally stands at 2 bronze after the 800’s today in Gwangju.
Last week Tony Cherrington took 3rd place in the Open Water in the 75-79 age group and today Geoff Stokes was 3rd in the 80-84 800 free. Suzanne Maidment also swam the 800 free and after being seeded 17th, jumped up to 14th place in the 50-54 age group in a season’s best time of 11.58.83.
Tomorrow there are plenty of Spencer swimmers in action in the 200 back, 100 free and 100 breast.
