What better way to celebrate turning 30 than complete an Ironman? Jason Lawson one of our “out of towners” from Port Elizabeth is better known for his sprinting capability as part of our British record holding 120+ 4×50 Freestyle and Medley Teams, but to celebrate his 30th birthday, he decided to have a go at the IRONMAN African Championship this weekend.
That’s a 3.8km swim,180km cycle and then a marathon!
