Gold for Di Ford and Greg Kahn on Pool Day 2

Spencer swimmers netted 4 medals on Day 2 in the Pool today. Greg Kahn (pictured) knocked 3 seconds off his British record to win gold in the 45-49 200 back at Duna. Meanwhile, in the outdoor Hajos complex, Di Ford retained her World 100 breast title in the 70-74 age group in 1.42.15, Grace Isaac won silver in the 85-89 200 back, 5.34.96 and Amanda Heath took bronze in the 60-64 100 breast in 1.31.13. And back at Duna, Deborah Lacy placed 27th in the 100 breast with a 1.31.21 to celebrate her 49th birthday.
