Bronze day in Budapest

Backstroke specialist Greg Kahn surprised the competition to break the 45-49 age group 100 fly British record and collect a bronze medal in a superb 59.69. Amanda Heath picked up her third bronze medal of the Meet in the 60-64 200 IM in 3.06.17.

Also in the 200 IM, Cristian Rentsch, who flew in last night for the relays, warmed up with 30th spot in the 50-54 age group in 2.43.63.
Jack Marriott and Jason Lawson were the top 2 Brits in the highly competitive 25-29 50 free, coming in 9th and 10th in 24.19 and 24.20 respectively. In the same age group, Freddie White was 68th in 26.03.
