The Bracknell results are now published and Spencer came a creditable 4th in the overall Team points, with far fewer swimmers than Teddington, Bracknell and Wycombe, the teams ahead of us.
Pride of place goes to Dan Cotton who knocked 3 seconds off the 45-49 British record for 200 backstroke in a time of 2.14.56. Dan also came second in the Male Top Swimmer award, based on Decathlon points.
Remaining swimmers Tristan, Ollie, Olegas, Michael, Godfrey, Luca, Nadine, Roz, Laura and Amanda all won medals in their individual events – too many to list, but you can check out the full results here
